Mango Blueberry Salad
Breakfast
Serves 1
Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 large mango
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of flax seed meal (optional)
Directions
- Instructions
- Peel and cube the mango and place in bowl
- Wash blueberries, add to the mangoes and mix.
- Sprinkle with flax seeds and enjoy!
