Mission
Our mission is to increase consciousness about the personal and cultural beliefs that influence our lifestyle choices, empower patients with the knowledge to make truly informed health choices and teach them them skills that will not just improve their own health but the health of their families, communities and the global environment.

Jennifer Rooke, MD, MPH, FACOEM, FACPM is the Medical Director of Advanced Lifestyle Medicine.  Lifestyle Medicine is a new approach to health care that treats the underlying causes of chronic diseases with evidenced-based lifestyle interventions that include plant-based nutrition, stress management, physical activity prescriptions and communication skills workshops. She has a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and is board certified in both Public Health/Preventive Medicine and Occupational Medicine. Dr. Rooke is a fellow of both the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and the American College of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Rooke serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Health and Preventive Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine and in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at Emory University, School of Medicine.
